Q: Where you do you sell the recyclables?

We do not sell any of the recyclables, and everything we pick up from you will be given to the city of Lufkin.

Q: Do you offer Commercial Recycling?

Yes! Please fill out the commercial contact form here and we will be in touch about your commercial account.

Q: Can I share the service?

No. The curbside service is designed to accommodate one household and cannot be shared. We consider sharing the service with neighbors, co-workers or family members not in your household theft.

Q: What if I start to run out of blue recycling bags?

You are allotted 120 bags (two rolls) per year. Just let us know when you’re running low, and we’ll drop off a new roll of bags before you run out.

Q: What if I use more bags than I’m allotted in a calendar year?

If you use more bags than allotted then first off, wow, you’re basically a recycling superhero. Secondly, we’ll drop a new box of bags at your door, and we’ll only charge you for the cost of the extra bags themselves, no extra fee. Just let us know that you need more at lufkinrecycling@gmail.com
